Call for papers

The new deadline for abstracts for the 4th Crossroads of Languages and Cultures is March 15th 2016

This conference is addressed to researchers in bi/multilingualism and new approaches towards language policies in education.  The fourth Crossroads is dedicated to the 10 years of the Joint Greek-French Postgraduate Programme “Didactiques du plurilinguisme et politiques linguistiques - Diffusion des langues et cultures en contexte multilingue”, a cooperation between the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Maine, France.
The two thematic axes of the conference are:

  1. Teaching approaches of multilingualism: translanguaging, multiliteracies, technologies and language education
  2. Language policies within and outside Europe: dealing with contemporary challenges

Papers
All those interested in presenting a research paper are requested to send us an abstract (up to 300 words) and the theme in which it belongs, writing first their name, title, the institution they represent and their email.  The proposals need to be sent to 4o_stavrodromi@nured.auth.gr not later than 15/3/2016.
